I love Spring and all things hoppy so I thought I would have these up in our room to celebrate how much we know in math!
The sky is the limit on what you can display with your class. We will be making the fact family version this week.

When we came back from Spring Break, I began introducing our new Spring Centers.
{20 total- 10 Math 10 Literacy}
Here’s how it is going so far!
Gangham Style Farm Animals- Add three numbers and compare!
Feed the Bunny- Building tens and ones with carrots!
Ninja Numbers- Missing Added to 10 and 20
Eggscellent Tens- counting by tens but starting at 1-4.
Draw, Spin, and Compare- Comparing tens and ones with whole numbers.
They are in love with the new Spring tubs and I am too! I may be on the hunt for tubs that will work year round rather than my large lidded containers.
Spring is all about the changes happening outside and the new starts right? Well in my own life there are some major changes brewing that I am ready to share.
First, my parents have decided to move to Southern California. (They currently live near us in San Antonio) This news was quite a shock being that my dad is 100% Native Texan. I have learned to be happy for them and to accept the changes. They are leaving very soon. In the process, they have had to downsize their possessions in order to move. They decided to create a website for the family to visit and buy from that has pictures of all the items they will not be taking with them. I may have gone bonkers y’all. This is a picture of the small stuff I bought all tucked into the back of my van
This is the new buffett that I bought. It is my new happy spot in my house!
I changed out the TV stand we had for this dresser I bought from them. It goes with the flooring better than our other one did.
I snagged some accessories and put them in our guest bath.
These iron grates are very heavy, but I think they are so beautiful. I haven’t decided how to use them quite yet. For now I just set them up on the mantel. Ideas?
Don’t you love these little wooden suitcases? They actually open too!
This glass vase with fruit is another favorite of mine. When I look at it all I can think of is their home. Such great memories.
This post has turned out to be very diverse!
I hope you hung in there with me! Have a great week!
